Our focus is on functional, core intensive and mat-based pilates classes. Our all-round pilates matwork class targeting strength building, spinal mobility, and core activation. These 60 minutes classes are all physio-run, so we make sure you’re moving properly and having fun along the way.
Punch and kick your way to fitness in this high-energy inspired workout. The class is completely non-contact, with easy-to-follow moves inspired by a wide array of fitness and workout styles, such as kick boxing, calisthenics, Yoga and Muay Thai.
